This is a Buttery Creamy Chardonnay! 70% of the Fruit is Barrel Fermented 

which gives the Creamy Texture that most people long for in a Chardonnay.

Then another portion of the fruit went through Malolactic Fermentation to

give it the Buttery Layers and Complexity. This Wine is Golden in Color and Full of Rich Green

Apple and Refreshing Tropical Fruit. This is a great bottle of Wine! It's must try!
